Philosophy

 

Positive Self-Talk


I am choosing to think positive thoughts.

Positive thoughts lead to a positive attitude.

A positive attitude  improves my interactions with others.

I deserve to be happy.

When I am tired or stressed, I tell myself to relax.

I am learning to handle conflict in healthy ways.

I am learning to reduce my stress in healthy ways.

Everyone, including myself, deserves respect.

The only person I can control is myself.

I am learning from my mistakes.

I am learning to be gentle, forgiving, and kind to myself and others.

I am learning to love myself even though I am not perfect.

I can always take a time out and use positive self-talk.
